Requirements

  • Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or inside sales.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working with CRM systems.
  • Communicate clearly and can train and support others effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Telecom or business sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize processes that support the Business Sales team.
  • Own CRM activity standards, outreach campaigns, and funnel reporting.
  • Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy for forecasting and planning.
  • Track KPI's and report on team performance.
  • Train and support sales reps on processes and CRM expectations.
  • Support reps with process alignment and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client lifecycle management.
  • Prepare contracts and ensure timely documentation.
  • Stay current on TELUS products and competitor offerings.
