About The Position

This role involves maintaining a detailed understanding of the bank's policies and compliance programs, working with line of business teams to implement necessary changes, and assisting in reporting on initiative status and task tracking. The analyst will interact with and influence business line staff to ensure consistency in approach across the bank, while maintaining awareness of and adherence to compliance requirements and risk management concepts. A consistent, high level of service is expected, along with performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the bank’s policies and compliance programs such as complaints, social media, incentive plans, e-sign act, udaap, etc.
• Work directly with line of business teams to implement into their process and procedures changes necessary to adhere to internal policies and compliance programs
• Assist the Business Risk and Control Program Manager in producing reporting to highlight the status of implementation of certain initiatives and tracking of outstanding tasks
• Interact with and influence business line staff in the implementation of certain procedures of processes to drive consistency in approach where appropriate across the bank
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Other duties as assigned
