Business & Revenue Operations Lead

MetriportSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Metriport is an open-source data intelligence platform that helps healthcare organizations access and exchange patient data in real-time. They integrate with all major US healthcare IT systems and tap into comprehensive medical data for 300+ million individuals. The company has found product-market fit with multi-million ARR, 100+ customers (including Amazon One Medical, Strive Health, Circle Medical, and Brightside Health), backing from top VCs, and years of runway. They are a tight-knit, high-performing team of mostly former founders, engineering-heavy, operating with minimal bureaucracy and high autonomy, and hiring based on competence. The role is described as the first dedicated Finance hire on the BizOps team, managing the entire financial stack end-to-end. This is not a standard FP&A role; the individual will be responsible for the integrity of the books, the efficiency of revenue collection, the automation of internal financial operations, and more. The ideal candidate is a 'Swiss Army Knife' who can lead a board-level financial review in the morning and troubleshoot a HubSpot-to-Stripe sync in the afternoon, thriving without 'perfect information' and considering no task 'beneath' their background. The company pushes hard, with founders working six days a week, but offers freedom to craft schedules, measuring output and committing to sustainable intensity.
