As the AI business scales rapidly, Prolific is investing in strong, disciplined Revenue Operations to support increasingly complex sales motions, managed services delivery, and long-term customer value. The Revenue Operations Lead will scale Prolific’s AI revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, and Services, focusing on systems, data, forecasting, process, and performance. This role acts as the operational backbone for the AI commercial organization, partnering closely with Sales leaders, Account Executives, Customer Success, and BI, and collaborating with Marketing Ops and Research RevOps leads. The position supports growing Sales and CS presence across New York and San Francisco, with strong overlap with GTM leadership and executive stakeholders. The mandate is to increase revenue efficiency and improve forecasting accuracy and confidence while ensuring high-quality, timely reporting and performance visibility. This role is central to Prolific’s AI commercial engine, ensuring fast, predictable, and intelligent scaling as enterprise and frontier AI customers grow, with sales teams focused on closing, CS focused on value, and leadership confident in the numbers. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about revenue mechanics, is a strong collaborator, and wants to shape how an AI infrastructure company scales commercially.
