About The Position

In this role, you will serve as the lead program manager and subject matter expert for the Business Continuity & Resiliency (BC&R) program within ADP's Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of the HRO resiliency program to help ensure the organization can effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from business disruptions. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen HRO's resilience capabilities across business continuity planning, crisis management, operational resilience, technology resilience, third-party resilience, risk management, and regulatory readiness. Working across a highly matrixed environment, you will partner with leaders throughout Service Operations, Business Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security, Product, Legal, and other key stakeholders to establish scalable processes, improve resilience maturity, and support critical business objectives. This role will lead through influence rather than direct authority, coordinating efforts across multiple organizations while serving as the primary business continuity and resiliency expert for HRO. You will help shape the future state of the program, lead strategic resilience initiatives, facilitate executive reporting and governance activities, participate in crisis command teams, and ensure the organization is prepared to respond effectively during disruptive events. To thrive in this role, you must be a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and strong communicator who can translate complex risks into clear business outcomes. You are skilled at building executive-level presentations, influencing stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and driving meaningful change across large organizations. You are energized by solving complex problems, creating structure where ambiguity exists, and continuously improving processes that strengthen organizational resilience.
