Business Relationship Manager

Concert Properties Ltd.Vancouver, BC
CA$110,000 - CA$150,000

About The Position

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as the primary relationship and demand-shaping connection point between Digital Technology and assigned business functions, including Property Management, Investments, Finance, ESG, and other functions as the portfolio evolves. This is a senior, trust-based role focused on understanding business priorities, shaping technology-enabled opportunities, and ensuring demand is clear, sponsored, and ready before it enters formal portfolio governance. The BRM also leads the Business Analysis discipline across Digital Technology as a practice lead. The role sets BA standards, grows capability, and coaches BAs and delivery leads on problem framing, discovery quality, requirements quality, and outcome definition. This is a BA-intensive role, with roughly 35-40% of time spent on discovery support, problem framing, and shaping requirements. The BRM is equally fluent in business and technology conversations, with strong relationship-building skills, senior BA depth, and the judgement to say "not yet" to demand that is not ready. This role brings an ITIL/Agile-aligned view of business relationship management and the presence to operate credibly with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions. This role reports to the Director, Digital Platforms, Delivery & Governance.
