About The Position

Tradebe is seeking an IT Business Relationship Analyst to serve as a liaison between business and IT departments, transforming business challenges into practical technology solutions. This role involves a blend of business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical implementation, with a focus on automation and low-code development. The analyst will collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and design, implement, and support solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver value. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working between business and technology teams in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, BRM, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and improve business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and project deliverables.
  • Support and enhance critical business applications including SAP and CRM platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency through automation, AI, analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Support projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, user adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective solutions across business and IT teams.
  • Support and enhance CRM platforms including HubSpot and SAP C4C.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and KPI dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the business to implement pricing logic and processes across SAP, CRM, and BI platforms.
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve sales productivity and data quality.
  • Support core enterprise applications including SAP/S4 HANA and related business systems.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Support AI-enabled business applications, including adoption, troubleshooting, and process integration.
