About The Position

Confido is looking for a Business Recruiter to help scale their Go-To-Market (GTM) organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple business searches simultaneously across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A functions. As an early recruiting team member, you will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to help build the foundation for how business hiring operates. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, strong at sourcing, and excited to operate in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience recruiting for GTM and business roles within B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills with a track record of engaging high-quality business talent
  • Ability to assess a wide range of profiles across sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing functions
  • Highly organized with strong process management and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create excellent candidate experiences
  • Data-oriented mindset with an understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other G&A roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions
  • Build and manage strong outbound pipelines of business talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality
  • Help improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scales
  • Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor across all recruiting activity
