Requirements

  • Minimum of one year related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to workstreams of a limited scope or assigned sections of a larger initiative. Monitors the progress of assigned tasks and ensures milestones are met. Supports project managers with project scheduling and drafting project plans and budgets.
  • Works with appropriate parties to plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage business activities to deliver projects. Assists teams in determining scope, requirements, and implementation of solutions.
  • Participates in project meetings, documents the progress of projects and communicates the status of projects to appropriate audiences, including formal presentations and status reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provides accurate and timely updates to the management team and department as needed. Follows up on assigned areas to ensure adherence to timeline and documents all projects and assignments. Identifies and documents project risks.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
