As a Senior Business Program Manager in the Financial Services Industry engineering group, you will enable customer co-innovation and co-engineering through consistent, scalable business program leadership. You will turn studio strategy and portfolio complexity into clear priorities, coordinated execution, and credible customer impact while sustaining a high-quality experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will combine operational excellence with strategic judgment, measuring success through influence and results rather than the volume of activity. This opportunity will allow you to: Develop deep portfolio and business judgment across complex financial-services customer engagements. Strengthen your executive influence and narrative leadership while partnering with studio leaders, TPMs, engineers, account teams, and customers. Advance responsible AI-enabled business transformation by improving how work is prioritized, governed, measured, and communicated. This role offers flexible work, including the opportunity to work from home part of the time and travel when required. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., consulting, solutions engineering, field engineering, or similar).
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and using AI tools and workflows in creating software engineering artifacts.
- Enjoy travel and are comfortable with travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends, while contributing to programs impacting the broader unit.
- Identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and lead program strategy definition and project plan creation.
- Lead others who work with cross-functional stakeholders to design highly complex programs from initiation to delivery.
- Lead the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.
- Share best practices to define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution.
- Share expertise to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Communicate program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule.
- Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.
- Provide insights to cost-benefit analyses and the evaluation of success metrics.
- Lead the synthesis of data analytics to derive insights and identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead and influence change management processes in the organization.
