About The Position

A Business Analyst (BA) at our company acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution. Beyond traditional requirement gathering, this role serves as a data-driven solution architect responsible for evaluating operations, optimizing supply chain workflows, and implementing automated market intelligence. You will leverage data visualization to drive Data-driven Strategies, manage real-time SKU demand-supply dynamics, and build automated pricing monitors to ensure our competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and solve supply chain/pricing problems.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Excel (VBA Macros, Data Query, Advanced formulas, Power Pivot).
  • Familiar with the end-to-end project lifecycle (from initial concept to final delivery); able to manage changing requirements effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
  • Deep understanding of SKU Lifecycle Management, demand planning, and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between technical data and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation tools (Python, Power Automate, or Web Scraping) for price extraction is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Extracting and integrating complex datasets to build and maintain visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) specifically for NPD (New Product Development) Data.
  • Supporting teams in data mining and analysis to facilitate evidence-based, data-driven strategies for product launches and portfolio management.
  • Integrating real-time data at the SKU level, including actual sales, inventory levels, promotions, and list prices.
  • Building a transparent ecosystem where stakeholders can clearly perceive the real-time supply/demand status and pricing of each SKU to optimize inventory health.
  • Designing and implementing automated processes to extract Listing Prices for key SKUs and primary competitors.
  • Maintaining a rigorous "Bookkeeping" system for historical and real-time price points of key products and competitors.
  • Providing real-time monitoring and analytical support for Pricing strategies and Promotion planning.
  • Partnering with business units to document needs and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Evaluating current data workflows to identify inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions to streamline reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all data dashboards and automated extraction tools meet business requirements and data accuracy standards.
  • Maintaining effective communication with business units to ensure technical solutions precisely align with business pain points and support the achievement of overall strategic goals.
