About The Position

We are seeking a top-tier, leader to coordinate Product Marketing and Program Management for Cisco’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) portfolio. In this leadership role, you will be the architect of our external market presence, responsible for translating sophisticated commercial structures into compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse executive and technical personas. You will bridge the gap between product strategy and market execution, ensuring our Enterprise Agreements remain the gold standard for customer agility and value realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Significant experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, program management within the enterprise technology sector.
  • Consistent track record of leading sophisticated, high-stakes commercial programs and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of external-facing marketing assets, including collateral, sales playbooks, and digital content.
  • Articulate the outstanding value proposition of the Cisco EA to C-suite stakeholders, procurement leaders, and technical decision-makers.
  • Drive detailed external benchmarking initiatives to analyze competitive commercial models and market trends.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the EA framework, ensuring Cisco’s offerings remain market-leading and customer-centric.
  • Coordinate internal & external team programs, lead business operations, and ensure alignment between product marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Serve as the lead for high-impact internal and external events, including orchestrating executive-level briefings, industry forums, and internal sales enablement summits to discuss the EA strategy and drive adoption.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure that marketing narratives are grounded in product reality and that commercial programs are supported by scalable operational processes.
