About The Position

Louis W. Bray Construction is seeking a Business Process & Systems Analyst to deliver practical, people‑first improvements to business processes and business applications, from small fixes to larger initiatives. This role focuses on how the business works, not infrastructure. The Specialist will redesign workflows, improve and configure business applications, implement automation and integrations across business tools, enable user adoption, and support continuous improvement to ensure changes stick. This is a hands‑on execution role spanning the full lifecycle of transformation work: discover, design, build, automate/integrate, enable, measure, improve. Option of working out of our West End or East End office. Flexible one day a week remote working.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital transformation delivery, business applications, process improvement, automation, or a similar hands‑on role
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, usable solutions and drive adoption
  • Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • ERP experience strongly preferred (configuration, workflow alignment, integration touchpoints, reporting enablement)
  • Experience in construction, project‑based, or field/office hybrid environments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with field and office teams to understand current workflows and pain points
  • Document as‑is and to‑be processes appropriate to the size of the change
  • Translate operational needs into clear requirements and success measures
  • Configure and improve business‑process solutions using approved business applications (e.g., ERP systems, construction operations platforms, collaboration tools, workflow and automation platforms)
  • Design lightweight, maintainable solutions aligned to how teams actually work
  • Maintain solution documentation (process logic, data definitions, ownership, support approach)
  • Build and maintain automations that support business workflows (approvals, notifications, scheduling triggers, record creation and updates)
  • Manage a backlog of automation and integration opportunities tied to business value
  • Partner with IT and vendors when integrations require system‑level access or changes
  • Improve structured data capture within workflows to enable reporting and insight
  • Deliver practical reporting outputs (views, standardized reports, dashboards where available)
  • Support KPI definition tied to real operational decisions
  • Create quick reference guides, training materials, and standard work instructions
  • Support pilots and phased rollouts; gather feedback and iterate improvements
  • Monitor adoption and outcomes; refine solutions post‑go‑live
