About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Process Specialist to join their Operations team. This role will support the Regional Operations Team in maintaining smooth operations, including managing operational initiatives, procedures, vendor coordination, training, task management, onboarding, monitoring, and reporting. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating workflows, tracking compliance using metrics and Smartsheet, supporting continuous improvement, updating Smartsheet, gathering research and data for projects, and assisting with special projects related to training, system functionality, and strategic operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty required
- Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced knowledge of the agency operational procedures and the agency management system required
- Advanced in Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent preferred
- Experience in project management and knowledge of associated systems ideal
