Requirements

Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain technologies.
A track record of using data analytics to inform key decision making.
Adept at managing key partners at all levels of management, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation.
Hands-on experience leading multi-functional projects with the ability to maintain priorities and deadlines.
A track record of delivering results with a strong focus on the customer, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly across all levels of the organisation.
Experience delivering results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with the ability to operate across both operational detail and the bigger picture while identifying and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Demonstrated focus on systems and process quality.
Experience working in an Operations, Supply Chain, Customer, or Systems environment.
Demonstrated interest in process innovation and emerging technologies, evidenced through applied projects or professional experience.
A degree in Business Studies, Humanities, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.

Responsibilities

Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will lead and handle multi-functional projects.
Partner with IS&T and supply chain teams to develop new and innovative solutions across a range of different systems.
Influence and gain the consensus of partners on approach, priorities, and solutions.
Project manage key technology projects that will drive the Reseller Channel business forward.
Own and drive regional and global process integration.
Establish and maintain professional and open relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Understand business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas.
Support the Business Operations team by ensuring all priority systems tickets are captured and triaged with key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Manage each issue from creation through to resolution, followed by full root cause analysis and future preventative agreements with IS&T partners.
Manage a roadmap of preventative agreements to ensure no repeat of past issues.
Where issues are identified as process related, manage a roadmap of related issues ensuring process changes are agreed and implemented by key functional stakeholders.
