About The Position

We are seeking a Business Process Manager to drive scalable revenue growth, design and optimise commercial processes, and lead incentive programs. This role requires a highly analytical and execution-focused professional skilled in building structured, data-driven frameworks that deliver measurable commercial impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Regional Directors.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management, revenue growth, revenue operations, or business process optimization
  • Ability to build, implement, and refine structured revenue-focused mechanisms
  • Strong process design and execution skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives at scale
  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets, and strong working knowledge of Tableau / Power BI
  • Solid understanding of pricing, incentives, and partner engagement
  • Strategic, results-driven mindset with high ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • English proficiency at C1+ level or higher is a must

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage override incentive programs to drive sales growth and ensure profitability.
  • Continuously optimise and refine programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop structured governance for transparency, alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor, analyse, and adjust incentives to maximise ROI and revenue impact.
  • Lead testing of different structures and scale successful models.
  • Develop and implement partner-level payment management frameworks (segmentation, rules, controls).
  • Ensure accurate tracking of payment costs and fees.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimise payment methods for better margin and revenue.
  • Drive and monitor changes in payment terms in partnership with the commercial team.
  • Improve processes to reduce manual work and errors.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from partners to enhance payment solutions.
  • Map and analyse end-to-end commercial processes, identifying gaps and bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement improved operating models with clear roles, handovers, and service levels.
  • Build documentation (playbooks, guidelines, checklists), including exception handling.
  • Establish a single source of truth and governance for payouts and payments.
  • Drive change adoption via training and process discipline.
  • Set up automation and monitoring for critical failure points and ensure clear accountability.
