The Business Management Office (BMO) within the Operations group serves as the central engine for cross-functional process governance, capability building, and operational transformation across the company’s full product lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with Product Sales, Product Design and Engineering, Quality, New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Customer Service to ensure that the processes enabling these functions are designed for scale, resilience, and competitive differentiation. The Senior Business Process Manager will take end-to-end responsibility for identifying, designing, automating, and continuously improving business processes across one or more operational domains. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for an experienced practitioner who combines deep process design expertise with hands-on experience in enterprise automation platforms, analytical rigor, and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
