About The Position

This role leads digital transformation and operational initiatives that support pharmacy modernization, with a strong focus on disciplined execution and effective process management. The Manager plans and delivers digital and operational projects by defining clear objectives, determining appropriate methods, and driving work from concept through implementation. Operating with a high degree of autonomy on new or complex assignments, this role applies structured problem-solving and execution rigor to address pharmacy, operational, and patient needs. The Manager plays a critical role in advancing pharmacy modernization by translating needs into scalable digital solutions, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring changes are successfully adopted and sustained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
• Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
