About The Position

The Business Process Lead is responsible for leading the execution and sustainability of process improvement and transformation initiatives within the context of the BPO (Business Process Organization) Food LATAM, acting as a liaison between business, technology, and process governance. This role directly contributes to the Food LATAM strategy by promoting integrated end-to-end (E2E) processes, the use of data as a strategic asset, standardization, operational efficiency, and preparedness for future transformations. The BPL translates strategic objectives into viable, sustainable, documented, and measurable process solutions, ensuring discipline in execution, data quality, and adherence to the BPO governance model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Effective systematic problem-solving experience, including incident management.
  • Minimum of four years of work experience related to Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel if necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Align with super users, stakeholders, and data technology teams to drive process stabilization and optimization initiatives and support the technology that enables business processes to meet growth and cost reduction objectives.
  • Ensure process templates and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to implement and support process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.
  • Lead and collaborate to support change with key super users, stakeholders, and peers to ensure medium to high-risk solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Serve as a domain specialist to develop and lead business process initiatives with medium to high costs and risks, ensuring project objectives and goals are met and sustained, while creating project intelligence for functional and project leadership.
  • Provide expert-level support as a consultant to business partners and super users related to initiatives and incidents, including research, testing, training, change, and documentation.
  • Conduct meetings, research processes, gather data, analyze information, and perform related tasks to manage process optimization change.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while only escalating the most complex issues to the appropriate staff.
