Business Process Engineer

USANA Health Sciences•Salt Lake City, UT

About The Position

USANA is seeking a process-minded problem solver to own and improve how product information moves from idea to launch. The role focuses on process design and data across the PLM (Oracle Agile) and ERP (Oracle EBS) platforms, maintaining audit readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment, and applying AI and automation where they can add value. The engineer will translate complex topics into clear recommendations, bring stakeholders together, and improve processes and systems over time. The position leads end-to-end process solution design from ideation through launch, including design-to-release and new product introduction. It manages PLM-to-ERP integrations and accurate movement of formula, recipe, routing, and item-master data; improves change control and its effects on costing and label claims; and uses data and system queries to troubleshoot and identify root causes. The role also supports GMP, FDA, and audit traceability, leads cross-functional initiatives, builds reusable governed automation tools, and mentors engineers while helping establish team standards and roadmap priorities.
