About The Position

The Business Process Engineer supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by supporting process improvements and workflow optimizations across EDA program operations. This role supports the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record and aligns program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks. The Business Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and workflows. The position requires developing documentation and recommendations for operational efficiency. Engineers will support transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record. The role includes aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business process engineering.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
Demonstrated experience in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation.
Demonstrated experience in aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in supporting DoD Program of Record transitions.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination and documentation development.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
Working knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and JCIDS processes.
Proficiency in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability documentation.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to support program transitions and governance alignment.
