As a Global Process Owner, the lead will be responsible for driving the following business objectives: Risk & Governance: Driving E2E, cross-functional design and alignment to manage and oversee customer entitlements, including credit assessment on revenue opportunity. Operational Efficiency & Automation: Automating complex financial calculations to reduce friction and rework. Digital-First Experience & AI-First Operations: Defining and embedding AI and automation into entitlement reporting to accelerate data research and report generation, enable self-service, and reduce team engagement to focus on higher-value strategic work. Business Velocity: Leading Oracle Customer Entitlement Services transition into the next generation Fusion Services and HelpDesk.
