About The Position

Ondaro is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to facilitate customer workshops for establishing functional business challenges, designing business processes, and eliciting customer functional needs. As an Ondaro Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining detailed system documentation, including design specifications, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, technotes, and testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • One or more domain-relevant industry certifications at an entry to mid-tier level, e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional; SHRM-CP; ISC² CCSP, SSCP, CAP; NN/g UX
  • ServiceNow - ITSM / CSM experience
  • 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or as a consultant
  • 5+ years of experience capturing requirements
  • 5+ years of professional IT experience
  • Experience interacting cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across different functions and collaborate well with other groups, voluntarily shares information
  • Experience with facilitating geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in terms of the business
  • Subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional
  • Experience conducting highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment
  • Domain expertise within a specific business function
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies/tools

Responsibilities

  • Create functional solutions that meet the needs of the customer
  • Disseminate work to project team
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and other customer-facing activities
  • Support the overall business/project plan by contributing to the analysis of project deliverables; Problem analysis, and resolution at functional and strategic level
  • Lead and delegate to solve problems
  • Ensure alignment of client and project team expectations
  • Provide strategic impact and/or advice on engagements within their domain of expertise; act as technical product advocate
  • Evaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations
  • Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes
  • Collaborate and bring client's requirements to cross-domain integration/design sessions
  • Implement technology-specific best practices and standards
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
  • Propose data model, design changes to processes and products, exert significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment
  • Translate stated requirements into functional and technical requirements
  • Review and refine designs for usability, review testing scenarios, and refine test cases to ensure application quality; Work with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results
  • Provide Quality Assurance of deliverables and methodology; Ensure consistency of experience, approach, and deliverables
  • Facilitates UAT sessions and UAT material creation
  • Plan, develop and deliver client training
  • Perform and participate in product roadmap planning
