Business Process Analyst W/Secret Clearance
About The Position
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our TekSynap Defense team. This role involves providing advanced technical expertise and performing in-depth analysis of specialized applications and complex operating environments. The analyst will deliver comprehensive systems analysis, design support, integration assistance, and documentation guidance for highly complex challenges. Additionally, they will advise on system solution design and deployment to ensure alignment with mission objectives and business requirements, and contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle. The position also requires identifying opportunities for process optimization and recommending technology enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Five (5) years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
- Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
