Requirements

• College Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or related field preferred
• Experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience preferred
• SAP Signavio experience preferred
• Familiarity BPMN process mapping/modeling
• Experience in change management
• FL Adjuster's License, 6-20, required within 2 months after start date

Responsibilities

• Identify and research scalable solutions, utilizing innovative technologies to optimize business processes for multiple departments.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Document and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of proposed improvements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing enhancements.
