About The Position
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a Transformation Management Office with business process analysis, process improvement, strategic initiatives, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Lean Six Sigma or related certification/training
- MBA/MHA or related master's degree
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and root causes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
- Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business requirements, reports, and recommendations.
- Support strategic and enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
- Develop project plans, milestones, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Conduct feasibility, risk, and optimization analysis.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
- Support change management, implementation, and process sustainment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
