About The Position

Senior Business Analyst – Food Retail Service Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to evaluate the effects of proposed solutions, facilitate deployments, and support organizational change management initiatives. Acts as a product expert, offering detailed insights into its features, purpose, business impact, and value to the business and our customers. This role is responsible for maintaining product health, managing the backlog, and prioritizing future enhancements. Responsibilities also include drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria and nonfunctional requirements, and preparing test cases. Facilitates sprint reviews and User Acceptance Training. Additionally, coordinates project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. This role demands strong communication, presentation, and time management skills, as well as an understanding of complex business processes in a fast-paced environment. Position Details This position is based in Greensboro, NC and has a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree and 5 years’ experience; or no degree and 8 years combined education and equivalent work experience.
• 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar position.
• 2 years of customer-facing experience
• 5 years working in Agile development methodologies (Scrum)

• Key Contributor to software migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.
• Use SQL to write ad hoc queries for data analysis and reporting.
