About The Position

Our client is filling this contract position exclusively through approved staffing partners, so this opportunity is not available by applying directly with the client. The role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days per week onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 3–4 days/week at the Client's site in Oklahoma City, OK
  • Experience with business analysis (3-5 years)
  • Experience with process improvement, project management, and performance management
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and enterprise-level improvement efforts
  • Experience with developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or project management in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related environments
  • Experience with project management, change management, or business analysis professional certification or training
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis
  • Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, reports, and executive summaries
  • Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff and stakeholders
  • Develop process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements
  • Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities associated with approved process improvements
