Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst with a finance focus to join their Operational Effectiveness Consulting team. This role involves delivering Agile project management and end-to-end support for financial system enhancements, including requirements gathering, UI design, user acceptance testing, training, and stakeholder engagement. The position reports directly to the Guidehouse project manager and requires in-person support to the client in Indianapolis, IN. The analyst will lead or be part of a team applying process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial and operations management. This includes assessing process performance in complex environments, directing requirement collection, supporting business process design and implementation, and ensuring enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts. The role also involves facilitating meetings to define goals and metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance, developing implementation plans, conducting organizational studies, and preparing operational manuals. Familiarity with cost analysis, budget plans, and presenting to senior management is also required.
