Why this job matters: Reporting to the Director of Government Programs Performance & Strategy, this role supports the advancement of Government Programs performance and priorities across Medicare and DSNP lines of business. Assess current state of marketplace trends, competitive activities, and Government Programs performance to identify gaps in corporate and divisional plans. Develop mitigation strategies to ensure achievement of corporate and divisional goals. Serve as a strategic thought partner, synthesizing cross-functional data and inputs into insights and decision-ready narratives for leadership. Assess existing organization project portfolio; ensure projects add value to organization and contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators. Assist in the analysis and research for short and long-range corporate and Government Programs strategy development.
