About The Position

The Business Performance Consultant supports system-wide operational excellence by identifying, leading, and executing high-impact efficiency initiatives. This position partners closely with department and ministry leadership to address complex organizational challenges through strategic facilitation, data-driven insights, and internal consulting. The consultant drives measurable results by building strong cross-functional relationships, fostering accountability, and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and sustained over time. This role offers the opportunity to influence meaningful change, optimize performance, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting (internal or external), process improvement, or performance management required.
  • 1–3 years of healthcare operations experience with exposure to leadership, management, or strategic initiatives required.
  • Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher.
  • Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher.
  • Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting large or multi-site healthcare organizations preferred.
  • 100 Mb or higher download speeds preferred.
  • 10 Mb or higher upload speeds preferred.
  • Under 60 ms latency/ping preferred.
