Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner to establish and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Phoenix. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football who want to build, manage, and grow their own venture. The ideal candidate will be driven, have a deep passion for football, and aim to make the sport more accessible in their city. This is a hands-on role focused on launching and scaling the business locally, with earnings directly tied to performance and effort.

Responsibilities

• Launch and establish the Stranger Soccer brand in Phoenix.
• Build, train, and manage a core team of 2-3 people and freelance Official Hosts.
• Source and secure suitable venues and time slots for games.
• Execute digital and on-the-ground marketing and sales initiatives to grow the player base.
• Manage game operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience and encourage repeat participation.
• Leverage support, systems, and expertise from the Singapore headquarters, including operations and technology.
