About The Position

This position in CI (Chemical Intermediates) supports the General Manager and members of the SBU in delivering variable margin results as well as other key sales objectives.

  • Strong Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI) and related computer applications skills required.
  • Must possess a strong customer service mindset, be a self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities in support of meeting critical deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience is preferred.
  • SAP and Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate business and territory data utilizing SAP and assist in system tests for SAP upgrades and integration at new Eastman sites relevant to Chemical Intermediates.
  • Provide overview training on market and territory assignments to CSRs and other users as needed.
  • Assist with General Manager calendar as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce.com application support with Global Commercial Team.
  • Assist with troubleshooting forecast errors that relate to market and territory assignments.
  • Schedule and track action items for Winning with Customers Action Review Meetings (WWCAR) for all regions.
  • Manage access and content in Chatter Groups and Sales and Organization SharePoint sites.
  • Manage communication with the Sales team and CSR teams for issues impacting customers.
  • Coordinate all aspects of annual America Sales Meetings and Regional (NAR, EMEA, LAR) industry conferences including serving as Eastman liaison with industry organizations, venue selection, space requirements and associated contracts and catering agreements.
  • Coordinate all details for customer visits to the Kingsport site.
  • Provide analysis and support for special organizational projects as needed.
