About The Position

This leader has oversight and is responsible for planning, organizing, development and implementation of the department initiatives in the area of business development, data analytics, as well as staff education and performance. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals. This position will focus on Clinical Data, Metrics, SMART Metrics, Physician Incentives, Progran Data and Reporting (including data submission), Problem Analysis using QI Methods.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field. Relevant work experience in healthcare or business administration in a leadership role can be substituted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the required degree.
  • Five (5) years of medical practice management experience in a clinical group setting of four or more providers including management responsibility for all operational areas including finance; OR Five (5) years of medical practice management experience with a hospital-based setting of three or more providers including management responsibility for all operational areas including finance.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and precepting.
