About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for Business Operations Specialists Level 3 or 4 to support the Customer Support team in Seal Beach, California. The selected candidate will work with multiple leaders including the Out of Production Chief Project Engineer, Director of Engineering and functional leadership supporting multiple aspects within Boeing Customer Support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Experience with executive level presentations
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration of strategies and processes within Customer Support including integration with Boeing Global Services and BCA Airplane Programs.
  • Collect, organize and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of projects to ensure successful execution and integration across the value stream.
  • Lead the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines project plans as needed.
  • Coordinate and clarify the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and objectives.
  • Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
  • Experience working with and communicating with executive leadership
  • Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval
