About The Position

Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of analytical and systems-related solutions supporting CLO and related operational processes. Assignments are typically independent in nature and require strong problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges. Works closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop efficient solutions, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of outputs. Projects often involve automation, data analysis, and database-driven processes using tools such as SQL, VBA, and Python. Applies technical expertise and analytical thinking to improve processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline reporting and operational workflows. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive solutions from concept through implementation with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Demonstrated experience working with data, systems, or automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently on complex assignments
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Proficiency in coding for automation and reporting solutions
  • Knowledge of CLOs, structured finance, or related financial products
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with VBA, VBS, Python or similar programming languages
