About The Position

Responsible for supporting operational efficiency by executing process improvements and leveraging data analytics to align with business objectives. An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Identifying inefficiencies in current business processes and recommending and/or implementing solutions to optimize operations.
• Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Generating reports and identifying trends using statistical and/or financial modeling.
• Ensuring business operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation for audits, and staying updated with relevant laws and standards.
• Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Coordinating with different teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Supporting processes related to globalization of operations, inventory management, communication & stakeholder engagement, cost analysis, and/or quality management.
