About The Position

Paradigm Max Q is seeking a motivated Business Operations Support Analyst to provide contract and business operations support. The selected candidate will support contract execution, administrative processes, program management activities, reporting, scheduling, and organizational operations supporting various contract requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Communications, Finance, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting federal government or DoD programs.
• Knowledge of Air Force organizations and mission areas.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, or collaboration tools.
• Military service, military family affiliation, internship, or government support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for contract execution activities.
• Track contract deliverables, milestones, and performance requirements.
• Maintain contract documentation and records.
• Support contract reviews, status meetings, and action item tracking.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, calendars, and reporting tools.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and meeting documentation.
• Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
• Support special projects and business initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
• Support workflow tracking and process improvement efforts.
• Develop spreadsheets, reports, and administrative products.
• Coordinate activities across functional teams and stakeholders.
