About The Position

The Business Operations Support Admin Support (Chargebacks) plays a critical role in protecting revenue and ensuring compliance across card networks. This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and responding to chargeback disputes by building strong, well-documented representment cases.

Requirements

Review daily chargeback notifications and supporting documentation to assess validity and next steps
Analyze transactions and documentation to determine eligibility for representment
Build and submit compliant representment cases in alignment with card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Conduct detailed research to gather required transaction data and supporting evidence
Validate journals and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
Route transactions through the appropriate network channels for dispute resolution
Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
Support additional operational tasks and process improvements as needed
