Responsibilities
- Review daily chargeback notifications and supporting documentation to assess validity and next steps
- Analyze transactions and documentation to determine eligibility for representment
- Build and submit compliant representment cases in alignment with card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Conduct detailed research to gather required transaction data and supporting evidence
- Validate journals and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Route transactions through the appropriate network channels for dispute resolution
- Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Support additional operational tasks and process improvements as needed
