The company is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support its National Field Service team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate financial management, and an optimized customer experience through effective management of ERP and CRM systems. The specialist will coordinate inventory, payments, and operational workflows to boost efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide data for informed decision-making via clear communication and reporting. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about operational excellence and thriving in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business administration or operations support role.
  • Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).
  • Must be dependable, demonstrating thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce Lightning preferred).
  • Inventory management skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience from the home improvement industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Approve customer orders, allocate inventory, and record/reconcile customer payments in the ERP system.
  • Update and track customer post-installation project progress in Salesforce Lightning, ensuring consistency in the customer journey and generating reports.
  • Oversee Service Team payables and invoice processing, manage accounts receivable, and prepare AP/AR performance reports.
  • Align order fulfillment with inventory and service capacity, resolve discrepancies, and support operational workflows.
  • Identify and implement improvements in ERP and CRM processes, ensure compliance, and train team members.
  • Process warranty claims and submit them to the internal Jacuzzi Warranty Team.
  • Provide updates on order status, inventory, and payment collections, develop insights for management, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
