About The Position

This role focuses on organizational transformation and change management, helping government customers identify long-term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them. The specialist will use critical thinking, change management experience, and project management skills to solve pressing organizational challenges for U.S. government clients. The work involves improving systems that drive organizational progress and efficiency.

Requirements

1+ years of experience supporting DoD space operations
1+ years of experience supporting Combatant Commands and Service Component Commands
Knowledge of U.S. Space Force organizational construct and mission
Ability to research, develop, organize, and present materials for senior company and DoD leadership
Ability to manage workflows and plan performance metrics
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Experience with task management and event facilitation
Experience with technical writing and presentation development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Certification
