About The Position

The Business Operations Manager will lead the strategic management of the F100 program budget. This role will require collaboration with various teams to ensure budget financial accuracy. The company is RTX, a world leader in aerospace and defense, and Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems. This role is based in East Hartford, CT and is an onsite position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of program and financial management experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of program and financial management experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• SAP experience
• Familiarity with EAPS and PPS budget elements and management
• Experience with Earned Value Management

Responsibilities

• Manage annual Engineering Assistance to Production Services (EAPS) and Post-Production Support (PPS) budgets and coordinate with CIPTs to ensure proper support for F100 production
• Oversee budget management processes and perform analyses to support budget and staffing decisions for the program
• Drive integration across managed programs, Contracts, Military Engines Finance, Pricing, Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) and engineering
• Accountable for managing and reporting on all facets of manpower planning, and strategic outsourcing
