Business Operations Manager, Product Tools
About The Position
Lead the strategy and execution of Everpure’s internal Product Tools ecosystem to accelerate product development and business decision-making across the organization. Define the future-state vision and roadmap for these platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable, timely impact. This visible role collaborates across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to drive operational excellence. The position is expected to work from the Santa Clara, California office in accordance with company policies, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave. The role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. The annual base salary range is $165,000–$248,000 USD. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, multi-team technical roadmaps from conception through launch and adoption.
- Ability to connect tool feature development with high-level business objectives and translate technical capabilities into clear, measurable organizational value.
- Strong technology background to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and drive efficient solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategy, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Define a three-year strategic roadmap for internal product tools, securing cross-functional buy-in and aligning priorities and resource allocation with business goals.
- Lead planning and execution across multiple engineering teams to accelerate tool delivery and adoption, including on-time launches of critical features and platform improvements.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for tool effectiveness and provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and measurable business impact.
- Proactively mitigate program risks and resolve complex cross-team roadblocks to keep major roadmap milestones on track.
- Define a change-management strategy that supports user adoption and integrates product tools into product operations.
