About The Position

We are looking for a highly capable business operator to work directly with the CEO in a fast-moving, high-performance environment where expectations are high, priorities evolve quickly, and execution matters. This is not a traditional operations role. The CEO is deeply involved in the business, highly entrepreneurial, and constantly driving new ideas, initiatives, and opportunities across multiple functions (ie Marketing, Innovation, Sales). To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to think critically under pressure, and capable of bringing structure, follow-through, and momentum to complex and fast-changing priorities. You will act as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO, helping translate ideas into action, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, driving accountability, and ensuring key priorities move forward with speed and clarity. This role is best suited for someone who is intellectually curious, highly organized, resilient, and motivated by challenge and growth. You must be comfortable working with a hands-on leader who moves quickly, asks difficult questions, and expects a high standard of performance and ownership. This role will also offer uncommon exposure to executive decision-making, business strategy, innovation, and leadership within a dynamic and growth-oriented organization. Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in: Business Operations, Business Analysis, Operations Coordination, Project Management, Consulting, Strategic Operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias towards action, outcomes, and execution
  • Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable holding people accountable in a respectful, direct way
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, consulting, or similar background is an asset—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Translate CEO and leadership direction into clear action plans, ownership, and timelines
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across innovation, marketing, sales, and operations
  • Maintain momentum on key projects through strong coordination, follow-through, and accountability
  • Partner closely with teams across the organization to improve alignment and execution
  • Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and areas of misalignment, and help drive resolution
  • Provide hands-on support where priorities require additional leadership or coordination
  • Analyze reports, presentations, market research, and business information to identify key insights and recommendations
  • Prepare summaries, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership
  • Assist with KPI tracking and operational reporting to support decision-making
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous business challenges
  • Develop practical, data-informed recommendations and solutions
  • Assist leadership in evaluating priorities, trade-offs, and strategic opportunities
  • Support weekly and monthly business cadences, meetings, and strategic reviews
  • Track deliverables, commitments, and organizational priorities to ensure follow-through
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting, and visibility into key business metrics and initiatives
  • Support or lead strategic projects across growth initiatives, product launches, retail, and e-commerce channels
  • Operate as a flexible, high-capacity resource across evolving business priorities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in business processes, execution, and organizational effectiveness
  • Motivated to grow into broader operational, strategic, or leadership responsibilities over time
