We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to lead and manage overall section operations, reporting to the section head. This role involves providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive culture to enhance morale and motivation, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), financial targets, and business growth objectives. The manager will be responsible for problem-solving and improvement activities, addressing issues proactively, and influencing business decisions in consultation with upper management. Key responsibilities include monitoring safety, environmental issues, quality, and productivity, as well as mentoring, hiring, training, coaching, and supervising employees to build a high-performing team and develop succession plans. The role operates under a "One Team, One Mission" mindset, motivating the team through shared values like clear communication, speed in execution, and entrepreneurial spirit. The manager will also prepare annual targets, objectives, and budgets, formulate sales strategies, report monthly performance against budget, and lead future strategic plans. This includes evaluating and adjusting strategies based on results, monitoring internal and external business factors, and utilizing strategic tools like SWOT Analysis and Porter's Five Forces for market and business analysis. Additionally, the role involves creating effective business models with strong value architectures to deliver contributions in environmental, social, and financial returns, and conducting timely employee reviews with clear objective setting.
