We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Operations Manager to help bring Navina’s Customer 360 vision to life. This role will design and implement cross-company processes, ensure seamless integration within our systems, and create enablement kits that empower teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will also lead AI-driven initiatives - from running proof-of-concepts to identifying opportunities that enhance how we work, collaborate, and grow.
