About The Position

Business Operations The Manager of Business Operations will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional processes, driving operational excellence, and leading initiatives to improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business management tools (such as CRM, ERP, and project management software).

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee business operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and processes to streamline operations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Establish performance metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Collaborate with leadership to plan and manage budgets for projects and operations. Allocate resources effectively to optimize performance and achieve project goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Collect, analyze, and present operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership. Provide insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overarching business objectives. Collaborate with teams to track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between departments to improve communication and coordination. Work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align efforts and achieve company goals.
