We’re hiring a Business Operations Analyst – Legal & Compliance to support the legal, compliance, and operational foundation of SemiAnalysis as the business continues to scale. This role is designed for someone earlier in their career with a strong legal background or legal-adjacent experience who wants to apply that training in a broader business operations role. This is a strong fit for candidates who have worked as a paralegal, legal analyst, legal assistant, compliance analyst, contracts coordinator, law firm staff member, in-house legal team member, or who have law school / LSAT-track experience and are interested in moving into a high-ownership operations role. You will help manage contract reviews, compliance workflows, corporate filings, regulatory trackers, vendor documentation, and internal policies. The role requires careful attention to detail, strong judgment, clear writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across legal, finance, HR, and operations. This is a full-time role based in the United States.
