About The Position
The Business Operations Intern will play a critical role in supporting the daily functions and initiatives within our property management operations. The intern will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years of college accounting, finance or sales/marketing.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, records and analyzes reporting to summarize and interpret current and projected company, partnership or third-party ownerships financial, or market position for management.
- Performs evaluations of property management marketing programs and materials. Assists in implementing marketing program.
- Maintains various databases, templates and CRM system.
- Participates in new market research and design.
- Completes administrative tasks as assigned.
